EXCHANGE AND RETURN

EXCHANGE POLICY

For all orders delivered in a member country of the European Union, SKKIL offers the possibility of exchanging a product of its order free of charge, subject to respecting the return conditions. 
For all orders delivered to a country outside the European Union, SKKIL offers the possibility of exchanging a product from its order. A financial contribution of € 12 will be requested for the transport costs associated with the exchange, subject to compliance with the return conditions. 
Please refer to the detailed exchange terms procedure below for guidance. 
Items must be returned to us in their original condition with labels and instructions still attached. Please make sure your package has no other shipping or tracking labels on it.
Please note that the exchange may be refused and not refunded if these instructions are not followed.
It is possible to exchange your product at our showrom for a product that was purchased on the site.
If you wish to exchange an item, please first follow the exchange procedure for the part number concerned. 

 

RETURN PROCEDURE FOR AN EXCHANGE

1 / Make a return request on the “Return / Exchange portal”

The customer is invited to notify his decision by using the online return procedure available below at the bottom of the page through the link “MAKE A RETURN / EXCHANGE” 

You must specify the 4-digit order number and detail the items to be returned. 

Once the request is accepted, the customer will receive a return label by email.

 

2 / Return the item (s)

For returns made from an EU member country

  • Place the item (s) in the envelope or in its original carton or other sturdy cardboard box.
  • Seal the box with duct tape.
  • Use the return label provided by Customer Service and place it on the shipping carton. 
  • Make sure your package does not have any other shipping or tracking labels.
  • Items should be returned to the address on the return label provided.
  • Drop off your package at a post office

For returns made from a country outside the EU

  • Place the item (s) in the envelope or in its original carton or other sturdy cardboard box.
  • Attach the 3 copies of the return commercial invoices provided in your original package, cross out the items that you did not place in the shipping box and sign each invoice.
  • Seal the box with duct tape.
  • Use the return label provided by Customer Service and place it on the shipping carton. 
  • Make sure your package does not have any other shipping or tracking labels.
  • Organize the collection of your package on ups.com : go to the section Shipping - Schedule a collection. You can choose a UPS center or UPS access point near you to drop off your package or schedule the date and time for pickup. 
  • Items should be returned to the address on the return label provided.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

SKKIL offers free returns for all orders delivered to a member country of the European Union. 

And SKKIL offers returns with a return cost participation of € 12 for all orders delivered to a country outside the European Union. 

Subject to respecting the return conditions.

SKKIL operates a 14 day returns policy.

Any unwanted item must be returned within 14 days of receipt using the return label which will be provided upon request to the Customer service .

Items must be returned to us in their original condition with the labels and instructions still attached. Please make sure your package has no other shipping or tracking labels on it.

Please note that the return may be refused and not refunded if these instructions are not followed.

If an item received is considered defective and was received damaged, it is necessary to contact our Customer service within 7 days of receipt, using the return procedure indicating the reason “. We will then get back in touch with you to discuss the product concerned.

It is possible to return to our showrrom a product that has been purchased on the site.

REFUND

The refund will be credited to the buyer's card holder credit card or the customer's PayPal account or the customer's Amazon Pay account or the customer's Apple Pay account.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

No refund will be made if the item is not returned in perfect condition.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Items must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as they were delivered, with labels and instructions. The above policy also applies during sales.
