DELIVERY AREAS

SKKIL provides a worldwide delivery service.

SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS

All delivery times are estimated if the order is validated before 11:30 am, otherwise it will be necessary to add 1 day to the announced delivery times. For deliveries outside the EU, they may vary due to the customs clearance process of your carrier. You are invited to follow the status of the delivery by using the tracking number provided once your order is processed.

For the countries member of the EU and United Kingdom, Skkil proposes :

  • FREE STANDARD delivery from 350€ of purchase
  • STANDARD : By the carrier Delivengo delivered at home, delivery time estimated at 3 to 5 days. A contribution to the shipping costs of 6€ will be charged.
  • EXPRESS RELAY: by the carrier Chronopost delivered in a relay point of your choice (list of relay points on the Chronopost website). A contribution to shipping costs of 10€ will be charged.
  • EXPRESS CLASSIC : By the carrier colissimo delivered at home, delivery time estimated at 1 to 2 days. A contribution to the shipping costs of 14€ will be charged.
  • EXPRESS 24h : by the carrier UPS delivered at home, delivery time estimated at 24h if the order is validated before 11am. A contribution to shipping costs of 22€ will be charged.

For Switzerland, Skkil offers:

  • FREE STANDARD delivery from 350€ of purchase
  • STANDARD : By the carrier Colissimo or Delivengo delivered at home, estimated delivery time 2 to 5 days. A contribution to the shipping costs of 14€ will be charged.
  • EXPRESS CLASSIC : By the carrier FedEx, Chronopost or DHL, estimated delivery time 2 days. A contribution to shipping costs of 20€ will be charged.
  • EXPRESS 24h : By the carrier FedEx, Chronopost or DHL, estimated delivery time 1 day. A contribution to the shipping costs of 28€ will be charged.

For countries outside the EU, Skkil offers :

  • FREE STANDARD delivery from 450€ of purchase
  • STANDARD: By the carrier Colissimo or Delivengo delivered at home, delivery time estimated between 9 to 12 days. A contribution to the shipping costs of 18€ will be charged.
  • EXPRESS CLASSIC: By the carrier FedEx, Chronopost or DHL, estimated delivery time of 72 hours. A contribution to shipping costs of 40€ will be charged.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

All our shipments are shipped on a DDP Incoterm (duty and tax paid) basis. Therefore, all necessary taxes and import duties are included in your final purchase price. You will not be required to pay any customs duties upon delivery of your order.

FOLLOW-UP

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to track the status of your order. If you have a Skkil customer account, this information will be accessible and stored in your account history. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order after it has been confirmed, please refer to the email notification with your tracking number or log into your Skkil customer area. If you have not received an email notification or are having trouble logging into your Skkil account, please contact our Customer Service Department with your order number.
