Here are the answers to your frequently asked questions.

Orders

For clarity, prices shown are club prices. We have chosen not to pretend to put our prices 20% higher and then discount them at club prices.

Yes, the prices of the items are indicated including VAT (VAT applicable in France). You will therefore have no additional taxes to pay for deliveries in France.

For orders outside the EU, prices are displayed including customs clearance costs.

Your order takes place in several stages:

1. ADD ITEMS TO YOUR BASKET:

Each item is presented in a product sheet which details its characteristics (photos, zoom, composition, etc.). This sheet is accessible by browsing through the various sections of the online catalogue.
To add an item to your cart, browse the online catalog. Go to the dedicated page of the item you want.
Then select the size and/or color you want. Click on “add to cart”. The basket located at the top right of your screen informs you that it has taken your addition into account by indicating the number of items it contains. You can then decide to finalize your order, or continue shopping online.

2. VALIDATE YOUR BASKET:

To finalize your order, you must first validate your "basket".
Click on your basket to access the summary page of your basket. You then have the option of changing the quantity of the items you have selected.
Then click on "proceed to payment" to validate your basket and continue with your order.

3. EXPRESS CHECKOUT OR CLASSIC BLUE CARD

You then have the choice of proceeding to an EXPRESS checkout by choosing PAYPAL / AMAZON PAY / APPLE PAY payment methods.

OR fill out the form to access the classic blue card payment.

Express checkout is a payment method that retrieves your shipping and payment details for express order validation.


4. ENTER DELIVERY DETAILS

Enter your delivery and billing details

Validate to go to your choice of shipping and payment. Then click on “Continue to Shipping”

5. CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD


Participation in shipping costs is indicated according to your choice.
Then click on "Continue to payment" to validate your delivery information and continue with your order.

6. PROCEED TO SECURE PAYMENT:

You can modify the details of your order at any time.
If everything is in line with your request, you can proceed to payment by choosing your secure payment method.
If your payment is accepted, you will be redirected to an order confirmation screen on our site.
If your payment is not accepted, you will be redirected on our site to a screen indicating the refusal of your payment.

7. SHIPPING OF THE ORDER:

Upon acceptance of your payment, you will receive within a few minutes an email confirming your order. Keep this email. This contains the details of your order, your delivery and billing information, the estimated date of your delivery and the amount you paid online.
Your invoice will only be issued when your order has been prepared by our logistics center. At the end of this preparation, you will receive a new email informing you of the start of delivery of your order.

To guarantee you the best delivery times, our logistics center prepares and ships your order as soon as possible after validation of your basket. As a result, it is unfortunately impossible for us to modify your order once it has been validated, but you can return or exchange the products within 14 calendar days of the delivery of your order.

Consult our T&Cs

Upon acceptance of your payment, you are redirected to our site on an order confirmation screen. Then you will receive in the following minutes a confirmation email which summarizes the details of your order. If you haven't received this email, please check your junk mail. If you have a customer account you can also check the status of your order in the "orders" tab

If you do not receive an email despite having gone through the junk mail in your mailbox, and your order does not appear in your customer account: we invite you to contact our customer service, indicating the time and date of the order as well as the amount of the order.

We will then confirm whether the order has been taken into account or what needs to be done to validate it.
