SKKIL FAMILY ON TOUR | FIS Junior World Championships St-Anton

Last week, the Junior Alpine World Ski Championships took place in St Anton, Austria.
We followed our three young SKKIL ambassadors: Caitlin Mc Farlane, Alban Elezi Cannaferina and Auguste Aulnette.

The successor of Clément Noël is here!

Alban returns home with two titles in his pocket. After his second place in the downhill last Thursday, our young ambassador won the giant slalom and becomes the new junior world champion, 12 years after Alexis Pinturault in Garmisch in 2011.
After a solid first run, he was able to secure the victory ahead of Finland's Edouard Halberg and Norway's Oscar Andreas Sandvik.
This title allows him to reach the final of the World Cup in Andorra on March 18!

Our ambassador Auguste Aulnette, also competing in giant, finished in 13th position.

On the SKKIL Girl side, our slalom competitor Caitlin Mc Farlane unfortunately did not manage to cross the finish line of the St Anton slalom this Tuesday.

We will follow closely the adventures of this new generation on the European Cup circuit!
